Position Summary:

Pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management! This is a full-time or on-call position with weekend requirements.

The LPN participates in the development and modification of the resident Plan of Care, implementing interventions that are delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician. As an LPN you are providing residents with the highest quality of direct routine care, under the supervision of the RN and in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards, the Resident’s Bill of Rights and the facility Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.

The Monarch Float Pool was created to help offer staffing assistance to our own Monarch facilities. Pick your own shifts based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management. Travel is expected for this position and there are benefits available. Qualifications:

  • Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.

  • Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.

  • Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care or be willing to get one upon hire.

  • Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
