Certified Nursing Assistant - Skilled Nursing

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and medication administration
Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with patients, families, and staff members
Assist with meal preparation and delivery, as well as light housekeeping and laundry duties
Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
