Responsibilities

Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Support individuals with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Monitor vital signs & provide medication reminders.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Answer, direct and/or respond to phone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Assist with continence management and dispose of all continence products properly to ensure sanitation of resident suite and community restrooms using standard care procedures.
