What We Do

 

Care needs vary with each client. Our team works with our client and their family to develop a personalized Care Plan that meets their individual care needs for every client. The Care Plan might include assisting client with transfers, meal preparation, transportation, and/or light housekeeping.

Qualifications Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with our community organizations in patient care Ability to work well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and HHA leadership Eager to gain a higher level of opportunities such as certifications and further education Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care team Able to work independently and on your own on a day-to-day basis Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Home Health Aide certification in the state(s) of practice CPR certified
