We are seeking a qualified and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an RN Educator/Instructor.

Summary:

The RN Educator/Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering educational programs to train individuals to be come GNAs. Aditionally, they will oversee the certification process to ensure that all participants seccessfully complete the GNA certification requirements.

Qualifications:

RN License in MD
Previous experience working as an RN in a clinical or educational setting is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions, and patience in guiding trainees with various learning styles.
Willingness to adapt teaching methods to accommodate the diverse needs of trainees.
