Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide nursing care as directed by residents' care plans and assist with daily living activities.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Preferred, but not mandatory.

  • EHR Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, alongside excellent organizational abilities.

  • Experience with PCC (Point Click Care) strongly preferred.

  • Must be able to work every other weekend and some holidays
