What You'll Do:

As an LPN in our Assisted Living community, you'll be at the heart of our resident care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments with precision and care.

  • Monitoring residents' health status, observing changes, and documenting accurately.

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.

  • Collaborating with the nursing team and other departments to ensure holistic resident care.

  • Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare providers.

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents.

What You'll Bring:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana (required).

  • Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus, but we welcome dedicated new graduates too!

  • A genuine passion for working with seniors and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

  • Strong observational, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
