We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team at Piedmont Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a premier skilled nursing facility in Greensboro, NC. Job Summary:

As a CNA 3p-11pm, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include daily living assistance, clinical support, resident mobility, observation and reporting, and compassionate communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Living Assistance: Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Clinical Support: Take and record patient vital signs; assist the floor nurse with various duties as directed.
• Resident Mobility: Safely lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics.
• Observation & Reporting: Recognize and report abnormal changes, patterns, or conditions in a resident’s status to nurse management.
• Compassionate Communication: Interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Certification: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from North Carolina.
• Certifications: Current/active CPR certification is preferred.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professionalism: Highest level of professionalism with a strict commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality.
• Traits: A compassionate, friendly demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
