**Home Health Aide** **Job Summary:** At Right at Home Northwest, we're dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities. As a Home Health Aide, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-home care to our clients. **Home Health Aide** at Right at Home Northwest is seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming * Assist with managing medications, incontinence care, and other personal care needs * Monitor and report changes in client condition to the Care Coordinator and/or supervising healthcare provider * Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans * Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services provided **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Must pass a background check and obtain TB test * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Compassionate and patient demeanor * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly **About the Role:** As a Home Health Aide with Right at Home Northwest, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
