Job Responsibilities (we provide on the job training):

Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, meals, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, food preparation.
Communicate with health care professionals and families regarding the client’s emotional and medical condition.
Provide companionship and supervision
Ensure client safety and well-being.
Document and report any changes in client’s health status.

Qualifications:

Drivers License
Auto Insurance
Able to pass a background check (Clearinghouse Website: https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
Willing to travel 30-35 minutes within the greater JAX area
Level 2 Background Screening/Fingerprinting in ACHA
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
Bilingual- Spanish and English a plus
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
High School Diploma or equivalent
