Responsibilities

Coordinates with other departments to provide maximum level of services. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational and safety related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served in his / her assigned service area. Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of two years clinical experience in hospital setting. Prefer Utilization Review / Discharge Planning background.

Licensure, Certification, Registration, etc.: Maintain current professional Texas RN licensure.

Special Skills, Knowledge: Ability to work with multidisciplinary staff. Working knowledge of current Medicaid / Medicare guidelines.

Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Registered Nursing.
