Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group,

is seeking an outstanding NNP to join our growing practice at

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake Hospital.

 

Responsibilities

 

We are looking for an NNP who want to be a part of a collaborative and cohesive group of NNPs and Neonatologists. Exceptional new graduates will be considered!

  • 50-bed, Level III NICU with an average daily census of approximately 25 patients
  • In addition to in-house Neonatologists, there are also MFM, OB and Newborn hospitalists for on-site support.
  • Over 4,000 deliveries per year; 550 NICU admissions per year, 40+ of which are VLBW.
  • Full complement of pediatric subspecialists including pediatric surgery, cardiology, neurology/neurosurgery, plastics, urology, ENT, orthopedics, GI, ID and wound care.
  • On site therapeutic hypothermia, and a full range of ventilation therapies including iNO, conventional ventilation, HFOV and HFJV.
  • Active research program with multi-site collaborations.
  • Strong, NNP-led leadership Team.
  • NNPs are a critical part of all aspects of caring for the full range of complex neonatal diagnoses.
  • NNPs work 24-hour shifts with in-house neonatologist support.
