Aspire Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Nursing (RN) to support and lead clinical operations across our communities in the Kansas City region. This Regional Director of Nursing (RN) role is ideal for a proven Registered Nurse (RN) nursing leader who is passionate about quality care, regulatory excellence, and mentoring strong clinical teams.


The Regional Director of Nursing serves as a clinical resource and mentor to Directors of Nursing (DONs) and nursing teams, supporting best practices, survey readiness, staff development, and continuous quality improvement.


Regional Director of Nursing Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a regional or multi-facility nursing leadership role

  • ACTIVE RN (Registered Nurse) Nursing license in Missouri.

  • BSN or higher (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred)

  • Proven experience supporting facilities through state surveys or corrective action plans

  • Background in quality assurance, risk management, or clinical education

  • Experience with QAPI programs and performance improvement initiatives

  • Skilled in change management or turnaround support
