Position Overview Aspire Senior Living is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) – RN to lead our nursing team. The Director of Nursing provides leadership and oversight of nursing services to ensure high-quality resident care, clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive environment for residents and employees. The DON works closely with the Administrator, nursing leadership, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team to support exceptional resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the nursing department and daily clinical operations. Recruit, train, supervise, develop, and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and nursing team members. Promote a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, communication, and professional growth. Ensure resident-centered care is delivered according to established clinical standards and individual care plans. Monitor resident outcomes, quality measures, clinical performance, and nursing documentation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards of nursing practice. Support survey readiness, regulatory inspections, audits, and corrective action plans. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, education, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with physicians, therapy, social services, dietary, administration, and other interdisciplinary team members. Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and community leadership. Provide leadership and clinical direction during emergencies and changes in resident condition. Qualifications Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license required. BSN preferred. Previous nursing leadership or management experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred. 3–5 years of relevant nursing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, survey processes, quality assurance, and clinical best practices. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team-building skills. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and nursing management systems. Commitment to resident-centered care, employee development, and continuous quality improvement. Aspire Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our leadership team. As the Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily clinical operations of our facility, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards. The Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) collaborates closely with the Director of Nursing and other key staff to foster a positive work environment, support nursing staff, and enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing nursing services. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to ensure professional growth and high morale. Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and implement improvement plans as needed. Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage. Conduct rounds to assess patient conditions and ensure proper nursing interventions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as facility policies. Assist in preparing for and participating in audits, inspections, and surveys. Collaborate with other departments to support interdisciplinary care planning. Qualifications & Requirements: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in long term care, preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and patient care standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Position Summary Aspire Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and support to assigned skilled nursing communities. This Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) position partners closely with Administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), clinical leadership, and Operations to strengthen nursing practices, improve clinical outcomes, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote consistent standards of care across our communities. The Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) will maintain a regular presence within assigned communities and provide hands-on leadership when clinical, staffing, operational, or regulatory needs arise. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to Directors of Nursing and facility clinical teams. Monitor nursing practices, documentation, clinical systems, and resident-care processes. Identify clinical risks and trends and partner with leadership to develop corrective action plans. Support communities with complex resident-care concerns and high-risk clinical situations. Promote ongoing survey readiness and compliance with federal, state, CMS, and company requirements.
