Job Summary:

Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team of healthcare professionals for full time nights. As aLPN/RN at Covington, you will have the opportunity to provide individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents in a 65-bed facility located in beautiful East Palestine, OH

• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in routine assessments, care planning, and patient education

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN license in the state of Ohio

• 1 year of experience in nursing (preferred)

• Ability to relocate to East Palestine, OH 44413 before starting work

• Physical stamina to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
