Position Overview

As the Night Shift Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations during overnight hours, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and support for your team. This role is ideal for a confident nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff during the night shift
  • Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations
  • Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to overnight team members
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure continuity of care

Schedule

  • Full-Time night shift
  • Every other weekend rotation required

Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered Tennessee LPN or RN license (or compact license)
  • Previous long-term care experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
