Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care. Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements
Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Pay Range

$17.28 - $21.58 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.

Our combined PCU and ICU is a 10-bed unit that allows us to care for high acuity patients without having to move the patient between ICU and step down. Our rooms are large allowing us to move freely around the room while providing care to our critical patients. We provide an excellent orientation with the assistance of our clinical education team with a focus of ACLS, PALS, Basic Arrhythmias, ICU Core training, Critical Drips and Moderate Sedation. We believe in self-care to and provide a respite room on the unit to decompress; you can enjoy relaxing music, tea, and a snack while coloring, reading inspirational quotes or writing on rocks and watching your worry wash away.
