Caregiver / CNA Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Support residents with medication assistance as directed
Escort residents to meals and activities
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment
Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
Communicate concerns promptly to leadership or care coordinators
Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards
Protect resident confidentiality and promote independence
