LPN/LVN Responsibilities include:

Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the Assisted Living Facility
Administer all medications as ordered by the physician
Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required
Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand to meet the nursing needs of residents. Report needs to the nursing supervisor
Place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions
Pulls and prepares patient charts; performs other general office duties as required

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience required
Must be licensed as an LPN/LVN, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure

Job Description : The Area Clinical Specialist LPN/RN is responsible to provide clinical leadership support in communities where a clinical leader may not be present. The Wellness Director Specialist will provide temporary coverage for the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of resident clinical services at the community. Directly supervises all employees of the nursing department. This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department. This person also carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
