Your Role as a CAREgiver:

  • Personal Support: Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs
  • Safe Mobility: Assist with movement and transfers (including hoyer lifts and gait belts)
  • Homemaking & Meal Prep: Create a safe, clean home environment with light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking
  • Engagement & Care: Provide companionship, medication reminders, and specialized care for dementia clients
  • Reliable Support for Clients: Run errands, provide transportation, and more

What We Need from You:

  • Heart for Caring: Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Experience: 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts!)
  • Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary movements

Now hiring a part-time caregiver to assist with clients in the Nisswa area. Rewarding position helping our Veterans and Seniors. Flexible scheduling options, you tell us how many days and hours you would like to work. The starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20/hour for CNAs. After 5 months of employment, Caregivers are eligible to enroll in our CNA training program and will receive a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification.
