Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

  • As a registered nurse (RN), you will provide direct care to residents.
  • You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants.
  • You will chart and maintain documentation for residents.
  • You will prepare and administer medications.
  • You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.


Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A valid, current nursing license in Florida.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year experience in long term care.

FULL TIME (0.9)— minimum of three (3) twelve (12) hour scheduled shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, and Monday every week. Weekend Warriors are allowed one weekend off per quarter. (Quarters based on calendar year January 1 through December 31). Weekend off requires manager review and approval. Two weekend shift trades are allowed per quarter. The employee may not carry over unused trades or their weekend off into the next Weekend warrior program. Trades require manager review and approval. F/T employees will remain on their holiday rotation. If a holiday falls on a weekday, the employee will work their holiday and be taken off a normal scheduled weekend shift. P/T employees will be required to work the holiday if it falls on the weekend. When PTO is used it will be paid at the base rate. There will also be a contract you will have to sign for the agreement.
