A full-time RN opportunity is available to provide specialized 1:1 nursing care for a Kindergarten student with vent/trach needs in a school setting located in Everett, WA. This position offers a vital role in supporting the students health and well-being during the school day, including assisting with bus support to and from school, ensuring seamless and safe transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a Kindergarten student with 1:1 vent/trach support throughout the school day
- Assist with student transportation needs by supporting bus transitions
- When the student is absent, perform nursing duties within the school districts health rooms or assist other students as needed
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to maintain consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for Washington State is required
- Prior experience in pediatric nursing or school nursing is highly desirable
- Ability to manage complex health needs including ventilator and tracheostomy care
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
