WKP 6 tower is 21 bed medical surgical unit. Our goal on this unit is a 1:5 nurse patient ratio. This is a wonderful, experienced team of nurses and CNAs that work well with each other and the admitting Physicians. There is a wide variety of diagnoses on 6 tower where the opportunity to increase your knowledge is abundant. There is a 12-week orientation period where you will have one on one mentoring with a seasoned staff nurse. During your orientation you will receive EMR training as well as experience and expand your knowledge on medical surgical issues.
