DAILY WORK:

Welcoming guests and carrying their luggage as they arrive and when they leave
Providing incredible customer service by politely engaging with guests, answering questions, explaining hotel amenities and features, and recommending local places to visit
Escorting guests to their rooms and helping them navigate the hotel
Promptly stepping in to resolve service issues and meet guests' needs
Helping keep the lobby, entrance, and bell area clean and organized
Assisting the concierge and front desk staff as needed

HOTEL BELLMAN QUALIFICATIONS:

Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable work ethic and professional appearance
