We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. RESPONSIBILITIES With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to: Companionship Light cooking and cleaning Bathing, grooming and toileting Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders Transportation for appointments and errands QUALIFICATIONS CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons Exceptional communication skills Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance Proof of current TB testing Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state) BENEFITS We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) We provide liability insurance We provide worker’s compensation We provide flexible schedules

Companion/ Caregiver

$17 - $20 / hour

We are looking for caregivers that are interested in learning and growing their skills within the senior care industry. Our Companion Caregivers are not only reliable, dependable and honest, but also compassionate and caring. RESPONSIBILITIES Providing companionship and conversation Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing Planning and preparing meals Providing medication reminders Providing transportation to and from appointments Helping family members learn safe care techniques QUALIFICATIONS Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care Valid driver’s license and transportation Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations Tolerance to small pets (i.e. dogs and/or cats) Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus! Caregiver

$17 - $20 / hour

RESPONSIBILITIES Performs personal care and patient-specific activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including but not limited to: Help with patients personal hygiene care Assist with dressing Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments Perform light housekeeping activities Provide hospice supportive care and medication reminders Assist with the prescribed range of motion exercises Assist with blood glucose monitoring Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts QUALIFICATIONS Exceptional customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a daily basis Previous experience in the home care industry as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PSW, Nurse a plus!
