QualDerm Partners is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team in Pinehurst, NC. Responsibilities

Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring instruments and supplies are ready and available.
Perform basic laboratory testing and prepare specimens for analysis.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications efficiently.
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and skincare practices.
Ensure examination rooms are clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
Experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical support role.
Knowledge of dermatology-related medical terminology and practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software.
