About the Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care within assisted living environments. This position focuses on supporting residents' health and well-being by providing routine nursing care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. Minimum Qualifications:

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment within the United States.
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Demonstrated experience or training in assisted living care or a similar healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of medication administration and nursing care procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in assisted living or long-term care facilities.
Additional certifications such as IV therapy or geriatric nursing.
