BAYADA Home Health is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team per diem in our Charlotte Visits office.

This position will be providing services to our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout, Mecklenburg and Union counties.

HOME HEALTH/OASIS DOCUMENTATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Must have 2-3 days/week availability!

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments as necessary
Case management and coordination
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse Executive to fill the role of Division Director of Clinical Operations in our Assistive Care (AC) and Assistive Care State Programs (ACSP) practices. This position requires an RN with senior level experience in clinical program development, care service delivery, and outcomes focused clinical excellence. Prior home care experience with home health aide/personal care services for senior clients is strongly preferred. POSITION SUMMARY: Working closely and collaboratively with the Practice President, Regional Directors, and other clinical and operational leaders within the Assistive Care (AC) and Assistive Care State programs (ACSP) practices to oversee clinical leadership in the AC/ACSP practices.
