JOB PURPOSE:

As a Transportation Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant at PruittHealth Coastal Central, you will play an essential role in ensuring our patients and residents receive safe, timely, and supportive transportation to appointments, therapies, and activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transport patients and residents to medical appointments, treatments, and approved outings

• Assist individuals entering and exiting vehicles using proper lifting, transfer, and mobility techniques

• Deliver hands-on CNA support including ADLs, personal care, and ambulation as needed

• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and caring environment during all transport interactions

• Complete transportation logs, mileage documentation, and schedules accurately and on time

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all transport vehicles

• Demonstrate adherence to infection control, safety regulations, and PruittHealth policies

• Partner closely with nursing and administrative teams to coordinate smooth transport operations

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High School diploma or GED

• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

None

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record -Motor Vehicle Record is required as part of pre-employment.

• 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, senior living, home health, or patient transportation

• Familiarity with wheelchair lifts, securements, and mobility devices

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely

• Excellent communication and service skills

CNA Phlebotomist

JOB PURPOSE: Provides each of the assigned patients with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the patient’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by the nurse supervisor. Under the direction of the manager, performs daily phlebotomy activities accurately, professionally and in a timely manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs all duties and responsibilities according to the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) job code 0101, Department 6300 for HCC. 2. Handles laboratory data collection systems and equipment to ensure requests for laboratory tests are properly ordered, cancelled, and charged. 3.
