Desired Registered Nurse will have phone triage experience and in a high-volume call setting. Knowledge of my chart (preferred but not required) andlive in the state of Maine or New Hampshire.This is a clinical call setting open Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Option to beHYBRID/REMOTEafter in-person training. On call, Weekends and major holidays are not required to work.

Summary

The Registered Nurse – Access Center role serves as the primary point of contact for patients calling with clinical matters and practices nursing via the telephone using the nursing process and physician approved protocols.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Roles fully remote will not require BLS Certification.
  • Experience: Two years of RN experience required.
