The Admitting / Assessment Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for completing comprehensive nursing and biopsychosocial assessments for patients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This role supports timely, accurate admissions; ensures patient safety; and collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team to determine medical and psychiatric appropriateness for the level of care.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Current state RN license and BLS certification.
- One year of adult psychiatric experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with psychiatric disorders, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment plans.
- Reception and Office Duties:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records, manage office supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaboration and Compliance:
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide holistic care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.
