Responsibilities PRIMARY NURSING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates competency in clinical practice; self-directed in goal setting in management of complex patients and families; utilizes the nursing process and is skilled at adapting care to rapidly changing patient conditions.
