Collect and document patient data using specialized equipment as needed (e.g., glucometer, pulse oximeter). 5. Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment following safety and infection control protocols. Communication & Collaboration: 1. Establish and maintain communication with the healthcare team, patients, and families. 2. Inform the supervising Registered Nurse/Physician about patient activities, observations, and changes in condition. 3.
