About the Role As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, you will serve as a key clinical provider delivering comprehensive care in an outpatient primary care clinic while also supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings. As the Everett clinic builds patient volume (anticipated opening March 2026), you will primarily assist with SNF and LTC coverage. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to help build a new primary care practice from the ground up.
