Job Summary:

Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leading provider of long-term, short-term, and rehabilitation care in downtown Syracuse, is seeking passionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! As a CNA at our state-of-the-art facility, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, promoting their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs monitoring

  • Identify changes in resident conditions and report to nursing staff

  • Maintain excellent customer service, with a focus on on-going customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach to resident care

  • Collaborate with Licensed Nursing Staff, Rehabilitation staff, and the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Current NY State CNA Certificate

  • Excellent work ethic

  • Caring and compassionate personality
