Your Role:

  • Treat residents and their property with dignity and respect

  • Assist RNs and LPNs with resident care, comfort, and safety needs

  • Transport residents safely to and from medical appointments

  • Support a positive, patient-centered care environment

  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current Illinois CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

  • Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft programs preferred

  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
