Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary:

We offer a full continuum of care, from temporary respite care to long-term skilled nursing, and provide exceptional short-term rehabilitation and specialty programs. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Monitor and document patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Assist with wound care, baths, and other personal care activities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Prior experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and excellent customer service

Working Conditions:

  • This is a per diem position, with flexible scheduling and varying shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
