Job Summary:

Chapel Hill Nursing Center is seeking a certified, caring, and compassionate Geriatric Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to residents residing in our facility. As a vital member of our care team, you will work closely with our dedicated staff to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents. All shifts available!

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine daily nursing care (ADL's) and services that support the care delivered to residents

• Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other resident needs as directed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

• GNA Certification required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and caring approach to resident care

• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
