Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. Available shifts: Full time, Part time, PRN (per diem) and weekend program

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
