Position Purpose:

Managing the area of responsibility to provide the highest possible quality nursing care to the residents.

Essential Functions of Position:

Assists in supervising the assignment and scheduling of nursing staff to meet the residents’ needs. Provide skilled nursing services within scope of practice. Address resident care issues/concerns. Contact physicians as necessary and ensure interventions are implemented timely. Excellent assessment and documentation skills.

Education Requirements:

Licensed nurse with current unrestricted license. Two (2) years related long-term care nursing experience preferred.
