Job Responsibilities

· Providing top-quality RN nursing care in a post-acute setting, consistent with legal requirements, facility policies, and resident care plans

· Working in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team, residents, and family members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

· Administering medications, treatments, and other interventions to residents and documenting responses

· Drawing fluids as needed for lab work

· Prioritizing patient safety and promoting evidence-based best practices related to infection control and fall risk, among other areas

· Communicating with residents and family members, answering their questions and educating them on conditions, treatments, and healthcare options

· Ensuring complete and accurate documentation in medical records

· Assisting with the training and supervision of the wider nursing team

· Fostering a safe and inclusive work environment

· Additional duties and responsibilities assigned by leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills

· Current Ohio RN license

· Degree from an accredited registered nurse school (BSN preferred)

· Demonstrated work experience as an RN

· Strong communication and critical thinking skills
