Caregiver

At Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire, we emphasize the quality of our care and that starts with the quality of our aids. We are looking for people who understand providing assistance to our clients goes beyond just the necessary daily tasks.

Caregiver Requirements:

• Access to transportation to travel to 3-4 hour shifts in towns outside Waterbury, not on bus lines (Driver's license and car strongly preferred).

• Have a drive to want to help and connect with others who need your assistance with daily activities.

• Be dependable to be there for one on one assistance for clients counting on you for every scheduled shift.

As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire, you will:

• Provide one on one interaction with clients beyond physical tasks that need to be performed

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

• Provide transportation to outings and appointments for clients who can no longer transport themselves

Our primary areas of service are:

• Beacon Falls, Bethany, Cheshire, Oxford, Prospect, Southington, Waterbury, and Wolcott
