Requirements for LPN:

  • LPN license 
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request

Responsibilities for LPN:

  • Administer medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.
  • Provide emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Manage medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.
  • Supervise and support fellow team members to maintain high care standards.
  • Monitor and document treatment and medication effectiveness.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
