The Supervisor job functions are:

Direct and coordinate the nursing units under their supervision.
Provide resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.
Plan, organize, and oversee staff to provide patient care.
Evaluate care and ensures customer satisfaction.
Oversee the department's daily staffing requirements.
Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities.
Act as an interface between the staff, residents, and the residents' families.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations

Job Requirements

Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program
Must possess and maintain a current Florida state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) at time of interview

Previous RN (Registered Nurse) experience in Long Term Care is required
Previous Long Term Care Supervisory experience is highly preferred
