Use the WellSky App Instructions to clock in and clock out for all scheduled shifts and accurately update your task status for each client prior to clocking out and leaving the client’s home. Conform to the company dress code and the no drug/alcohol use policy as specified in the Employee Handbook. Report to work on-time and ready for the day. Complete ongoing training as required by client care needs and/or changes in company policies and procedures. Be responsive to the Care Manager. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: The caregiver is supervised by the Care Manager and receives scheduling direction from the Staffing Coordinator.
