Qualifications and responsibilities for a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

  • NJ LPN License
  • Oversee distribution of medication samples
  • Assist with care management activities as necessary
  • Complete nursing and health assessments
  • Assists the Registered Nurse in training of Support Staff in the areas of health maintenance, medications, and medical treatments
  • Assess the physical condition of the individual in the program and integrate findings into the treatment plan
