As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

  • Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

  • Provider personal care to clients as needed

  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Areas we serve: Hastings, Cottage Grove, Saint Paul Park, Saint Paul, South Saint Paul, Inver Grove Heights

*Shifts vary in length from 1 hour up to 24 hour. * 

As on-call staff you must be available 8a-6p M-F and every other weekend. You must be available to go to a shift within an hour of when the office needs you. You would fill in where staff has called off, are on vacation, or are awaiting permanent staff. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-18 years of age

-Obtain High School Diploma

-Obtain a Valid Drivers License and a vehicle

-Obtain Auto Insurance

-Pass a national background check

-At least 1 year experience with caregiving professionally
