Job Summary:

At Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of medical and nursing care, in an atmosphere that promotes healing and wellness. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing team. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including providing medications, treatments, and performing routine nursing procedures.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility
Current LPN license in the state of Florida
CPR Certification
Excellent communication skills to interact verbally with geriatric patients, residents, family members, employees, and other facility guests
Ability to document information concisely and accurately
Must pass a Level II Background Screening
Must pass drug test

Job Responsibilities:

Provides direct care to residents, including medications, treatments, and performing routine nursing procedures
Documents resident care activities in a concise and accurate manner
Maintains a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Works collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure high-quality care
Participates in departmental activities and follows established guidelines
Performs related duties as required

Pay and Compensation:

$28.25 - $31.00 HOURLY
