What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within your scope of practice
Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the Director of Nursing
Document all nursing care and ensure records are accurate and up to date
Work cooperatively with CNAs and healthcare team members to deliver excellent care
Promote resident independence and uphold dignity and respect at all times
Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively
