At SYNERGY HomeCare, we're dedicated to providing compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We're seeking a compassionate and caring Caregiver HHA CNA to join our team in East Haven, Connecticut.

Job Summary:

As a Caregiver HHA CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. You will assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. You will also establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field

  • Valid HHA CNA certification

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends

  • Ability to lift, bend, and move clients with care and ease
